December 4, 2011- Annual tree lighting- 3 p.m. at JBES for musical performances by school chorus and bands. Tree lighting to follow at Bartlett Village Park, also a visit by Santa. The annual gift of memory lights, when a memory light is purchased, a reading of the name will occur at the annual tree lighting ceremony. Brochures with each name is published and handed out to all those who attend the event. Bows are added to the trees with each individuals name as well as being posted on a sign next to the tree. Each person who registers the name will receive a picture and a color brochure for a keepsake. The cost is $25.00 for one light, $45 for two, and if you wish to purchase a life light, they are $100.00 each. this is tax deductible.
January 12, 2012- Pizza fundraiser 4 p.m.- 11 p.m.- Held at the Shannon Door in Jackson. $1.00 of every pizza purchased eat in or take out will be donated to the Bartlett Recreation Department. This is also our ski day so skip making dinner and come out for some yummy pizza and a great cause. See you all there.
